PATCHWORK BARGELLO PARA UN QUILT - PATCHWORK BARGELLO FOR A QUILT

¡Hola!

Me encanta hacer regalos hechos por mí. Pronto es el cumpleaños de uno de mis hijos y pensé en una manta para el sofá. ¡Con el frío que hace viene muy bien ¡ Hace poco descubrí la técnica Bargello con Gabriela de Generando bloques. ¡Me encantó!  ¡Es como armar un puzzle!

Seguí las instrucciones que dio Gaby en su clase con colores para hacer degradados del negro al gris y del azul al blanco.  Tuve algunas dificultades que fui solucionando… el ensayo- error es lo mejor para aprender, en mi opinión.

Usé telas de Patchwork para el top, guata de bambú y una sábana azul marino para la trasera. El acolchado lo hice a máquina… ¡por primera vez!

I love making gifts made by me. Soon is the birthday of one of my children.  I thought of a sofa' blanket to him. It`s very cold now!  I recently discovered the Bargello technique with Gabriela from Generando bloques in Youtube. I loved! It's like putting together a puzzle

I followed the instructions that Gaby gave in her class with colors to make gradients from black to gray and from blue to white. I had some difficulties that I was solving… trial and error is the best way to learn, in my opinion.

I used Patchwork fabrics for the top, bamboo wadding, and a navy blue sheet for the back. I did the quilting by machine… for the first time!
